Hey every body....yea i kno its been ages since i updated this thing but then heck noone else is updatin theirs either...hehe...then amacs update inspired me to do mine.Hey btw amac great to hear ur news man!Excellent to know ur gonna be posted in washinton.Actually i think id be the closest to you here since ud b on the west coast.Gud enuf..jus like old times...heh ofcourse then u were a 10 min walk away but still i was the closest living to u.
Well updates from LA....hmmm...my midterms r over n i did better than i thot i wud!so theres a shocker!Celebrity news...mr gates came 2 college to launch sum new wireless technology...man i kno tht guy is really rich when he gave out 150$ headphones to every single person tht attended the launch!Unbeleieveable eh?I cant b mad at him now for taking out windows!Hanson came 2 college on a whim and just sat down n started singin!!Security had 2 shoo them away coz there was way 2 much crowd then.Micheal moore(producer of Farenheit 9/11) came 2 college for some sorta tp!din go 4 tht one!
On my front well i got a raise for my job!so more moolah for me!Cant complain wid tht.On the chillin front i hav seen every single movie in the theatre possible tht theres nuthing remaining!Keep ordering all the free stuff in the world!U wont beleiev how many useful things ppl give away for free...like the headfones for instance!my mouse...our router...etc etc.
Oh on the football front man o man we rock!u kno its gonna b fun when a hundred thousand people turn up in college espescially when around ten thou of tht are the opposition from another state.man i dont c tht much passion even in the india pak matches nowadays.well nyways national champs tht we r we trashed em royally.So the only unbeaten record is held by us!

Lifes on as usual out here.gettin kinda borin particularly since i havta study since midterms r on.good news is one paper to go on thursday so then sum breathing space but all in all its ok.On a lighter front been watching all the possible movies(yes even wid midterms on!).Cellular was oretty cool but Shaun of the dead was awesome!tht is one of the funniest movies ive seen in a while.Brit movies sure r kool!Took part in a research thingie today!would u beleieve i was paid 1000 rs to answer a 10 minute survey???Well its tru!kool or wat!i guess if i look hard enuf i can make sum extra cash!well letsc...keep me posted guyz!take care eevryones!miss all u guyz!

Aaahh a new week n this time there is actually a gud bit 2 write abt!But first did u guyz c my new mouse?I cant believe i actually got tht for free??Dont u jus love this country?they give u soooo many things 4 free!me n my roomies actually picked up 3 optical mice and 2 keyboards for nuthing!
Oh I also forgot to mention that last week i actually got into the Shrine auditorium!!By the way Shrine audi is located across the street from USC.And for those of u who dunno wat shrine is its the audi where the grammys,oscars,emmys' etc takes place.Now however the oscars has shifted.But last week were the emmys and i managed to get in!!!I saw tons of stars more than half of em carrying sum emmy or the other!dont ask how i got in...long storyy!But :( i din get 2 c aniston!
Aah then there was the game with stanford whcih was realllyyy close and ofcourse the WI-eng game and even better the F1 race which for once i think schumi had the most pathetic day of his life in a loooong time!All in all lifes goin on as usual.study time now coz of the exams but its ok!missin everyone bak home tho i dont think there is nyone bak home now!

Aaaahh finally my social security no came thru the mail.About time 2!Got a job immediately.Chucked my security job coz they were taking too long to start and instead i went up to one of my professors who i kno pretty well and suprisingly he still had noone to mamnage his lab!15 minutes later tho he did!MEEEE!
and ofcourse the best part of it all is that I will be paid a cool 10 bux an hr which works out 800$ (thts almost rs 40000) a month which is definitely higher than 90% of the students earn!I get a easy 150-200$ more than nyone else!
and even better is the fact that there is no work!Im on the job right now and ive been sitting here for 2 hrs with nuthing 2 do!i jus earned 20$ surfing the net n updating my blog!How cool is tht?
and even even better is the fact tht there is this extremely cute girl working wid me!i kinda hav 2 jobs one to manage the lab and the other to manage the front desk.she works at the front desk as well.I think she's indian or pakistani not sure but boy is she pretty!:D
Aaah life is so much better when u hav money!hehe....
Plus the lab tht i work in has the most amazing computers!I havta manage about 8 different servers of the college(one of which is actually used for my SAP course and the others for the various different courses.there abt 22 high tech super high config dell pcs.they r really high config coz this lab is used for multimedia apps n designing etc...all flat panels ofcourse and since this lab is used for multipe subjects it has detachable hard drives.I havent seen tht before.U can jus plug in the hard drives of whichever subject u want.n i hav the instructors hard drive without which none of the other computers will start up!boy i love my job!
plus theres no work so i can actually finish up my work and study 2!
well thts the news from southern cal for the time being!
now gettin closer to home....no chanda dun worry there wont b rick rides here but hey whoever told u i needed a rick to do what i do?

Welll yet another weekend and yet another fotball games and yet another trashing.This time it was Birgham Young University on the recieving end going down 42-10.
And ofcourse right now we are going down to pakistan with us being 10/2.Hmmmm tht totally took away all the excitement of the match!
Lifes been a little more straining in the past couple of days.Loooots of work.Projects due...Homwowrk due...reports due... and in betwen trying to fit in the gym,games of squash and NFS underground.Oh well i guess gods trying to make by giving me lots of free pizza.3 days now continious pizza for free.Yummm!

Works on hold coz the dum morons at te social scurity office will take another 10 days.how slow do these ppl work???

hey everyone...yes i kno its been a while since i updated the blog.Well I finally got down to taking some pics of my laptop.Put em up below.
Week's been kool.Lotsa work.3 projects on simultaneously.One on SAP,one on IBM and another on the ambassador hotel in Los Angeles.Definitely too much work.

Back to classes from tomorrow. man how i miss SP.If i didnt wanna i go i din havta.(N i think tht i did only for 4 yrs)oh well here also i dun havta go unless i dun wanna but then if im spendin soo much...plus classes r kinda fun here.
well labor day went by fast.roomies havent cum bak from vegas yet.Looks like they enjoyin the gambling n strippers 2 much.

Well its a long weekend cumin up startin yesterday.4 days off due to labor day(cant complain).Tht means no lec on monday!yay!
Nothin much happenin here.things gettin kinda borin.My roomies off to vegas.So im pretty much gonna b by myslf for 3 days.Also waitin for my router!those damn UPS ppl aint deliverin it!Lotsa parties there tho in college over the weekend coz of labor day.plannin on frequentin those.
Unfortunately got a project due on SAP on tuesday so gotta finish tht first.
Saw loads of movies tho.get dnld speeds of arnd 200-300 kbps at home so dvds cum by in an hr or so.saw bourne supremacy,i robot,alien vs predator,anchorman,harold n kumar go to whitecastle,the core....n more r on the way.doubt ill b goin 2 a theatre soon.

Yup sure was a lazy day today.but boy was it a lot of fun!
Jus sat n setup my laptop,watched a couple of movies and downloaded 3 movies in abt 5 hours!That too all dvd's!Man the speeds good here!Doubt if ill b goin to the theatre soon!
Yea yea the score was 24-13 vanita!so i missed tht one minor detail.the point is v won!lets c when the basketball season starts.I guess its just arnd the corner.
Now am in college trying to configure my laptop to access the damn wireless netowrk!Gawd its difficult!But im gettin there...
The area around college is all cordoned off.Police everywhere.Grammy's tonite at the shrine which is abt 15 metres opposite the gate of USC.
Wonder who picked such a location to make a auditorium for such big events bang in the middle of sucha crowded place!Aparrently its only limos allowed today to go thru on the roads.u cant even walk on the road.Watta pain!Wonder if i can catch a glimpse of nelly...
Sorry abhi but u cud batana batana now but the difference is im jsu abt half a world away.Plus it always had a lot more effect when tanu did it!ok enough 4 now!signin out...

Costs a cool $1900.Managed after oen month of hunting and research to get it for $1225.Got a cool 17" widescreen to watch my dvd's with a 128 MB ATI radeon card and 512 mb of ram.N ofcourse a P4 3.0 gig processor.

Weekends been cool!Saturday was a singapore student assosciation meet tht I went for tp.was actually a lot of fun.(jus coz it says its a singapore meet doesnt meen its only for singapore students.everyoens invited)met sum singapore ppl,n had some very yummy singaporean food.Man i din kno food from singapore was tht good!oh ofcourse in the afternoon there was the footballl game!Sorry vanita but the trojans did trash V.tech!And no abhi it wasnt too difficult to defeat V.tech espescially when the final score was 24-10.

Hey mermaid i need details on wats goin at TCS.Got quite some pics to post but waiting til i get my laptop n will post it then.and yea mermaid i figured how to get the links.Actually requires programming and boy was i suprised that i managed to do that.

The weekend is finally here!!Tht means no more classes!!YEAAAA!
Even better, weekend means free fone so i can actually use my cellfone in the day!
Well today is our first game!Incase all u losers dunno then the USC football team are the national champs.Today the season starts and we are faced up against V.Tech.
Man the college is totally empty!Frat houses,residence halls and all recreational facilites are jammed coz they have put up TV's everywhere 2 screen the game.So far we r winnin 7-3!
Btw if ur wonderin y the title of my page is life of a trojan then its coz all USC students are called as Trojans.Don ask me y on tht.
Classes r on unfrtunately in full swing!Man life is difficult!sooooooo much work!its jus week one and i have already submitted 3 assignments in one subject and 2 each in other 2 subjects!Sheeesh!Apparently this will contunie next week except from next week i ahve projects as well!aaarrggh!What possessed me 2 cum here?I'm 2 lazy for this!
Oh well i guess they realized tht n thts y classes are jus on 3 days of the week tht 2 for 2 hrs a day!
My hunt for the laptop is on!Looks like ill never find one!all the ones i want r way 2 expesnive!n the cheap ones jus suck!
but hey the good news is i managed to get a job!yup i get a minimum of 600$ (thts arnd 28000 rs. a month) it takes care of all my expenses and leaves me some to do tp wid as well!Oh yea im on the campus security team by the way.Apparently its like the best job coz its the one wid the least work!hehe...suits me jus fine!
However if i find sumthin more high payion then im outta here!
